Description of Weapon: A silver canister with a slot for loading dust cartidges, the top has a hole in it that allows dust to come out. When swung in a whip-like motion it makes an elemental whip formed of the dust that was loaded prior to use.
Aura: Grey borderline black
Semblance: The ability to manipulate dust. He uses this to augment use of his weapon by grabbing the end of the whip and blocking. He can also wreck hell with any other weapon that uses dust if he gets within close enough proximity.
Anything Else: He is partners with Hijai.

Description of Weapon: An axe that folds out into a grenade launcher powered and loaded with dust.

Semblance: She can sense the basic intentions of those around her within a 10 foot radius. She can just tell what they intend their next move to be.
Anything Else: She is partners with Raquai. Raquai can use his semblance to redirect the dust projectiles she fires from her weapon.
